*YOUTH BUILDING ENTRIES REQUIRE Pre-registration and are extended through August 31 at 11:59 pm. ALL Livestock entries closed Aug. 15 at 11:59 p.m.
Exhibitors
ALL LIVESTOCK (Open and Youth) must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on August 15th.
ALL YOUTH BUILDING (open to 4-H Club, FFA Chapter Members & GFF Youth) must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on August 31st.
You can still enter in the Farm and Garden & Household Building by bringing your items the day they are received.
Household Entries DO NOT require pre-registration online, however we strongly encourage it. (Makes process go faster on day of entries/express lane, PLUS save $1!) Farm and Garden pre-registration online is NOT available. We invite and encourage all participants to bring entries the day they are received.

2022 Cake Auction
This year, The Great Frederick Fair will hold the 2022 Cake Auction to support scholarships and Ag Education Programs throughout the Great Frederick Fair. The Cake Auction will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 18, 2022 in Building 18, the South Side Tire & Auto Beef Show Ring.
Any Youth Exhibitor whose Cake or Pie is sold at the Cake Auction will have 10% of the sale price added to their premium check!
So, get those cakes and pies entered to increase your premium check and support The Great Frederick Fair’s Scholarships and Ag Education Programs!

For Registering
Exhibitor: An individual exhibitor.
Quick Group: Individual exhibitors registering as a “quick group” create individual logins and are able to check out with one cart, at one time. After check out, these entries separate and show up as transactions under the individual login.
Team/Company: This allows you to register as a farm name/team/company instead of a “First, Last.”
*USE Team/Company FOR CLUB ENTRIES. Enter the 1 item, then put the child’s name in Description. Then, add similar item and add another child’s name. Repeat for all entries. It enters items as a club and the premium check is cut to the club, as a whole. For FFA teachers registering entire class entries, the students name will be placed in the description. For 4-H Club/Clover leaders, the kid’s name is in description.
Club/School: These are preset in the system with passwords, issued by the fair admin office. This is to log in and look at entries that were submitted with your club name associated.
HELPFUL TIP:
“Add Similar Entry” allows you to enter an item and click “add similar entry” to copy the exact same item again, enabling you to change the division, class it falls under. (This will make it easier to register the same animal for both 4-H/FFA and Open. Also a useful tool for FFA advisors entering 30 children for the same item.)

The Parade of Antique Cars will begin at approximately 1:15 p.m., depending on the number of horse races scheduled that day.

Horse Drawn Carriages – 2nd Saturday
The 48th (2022) Parade of carriages, Carts, Buggies and Horse Drawn implements at The Great Frederick Fair will be held on the second Saturday.
Parade will begin at approximately 1:30 p.m., depending on the number of horse races scheduled that day.
